after upgrading to new version, Tool tip always shows default message: "Value is {x} and series name is {name}" and it is simply set to toolTipValue="{x} {y}"

While I am at it, how can I have have $ (dollar sign) in the toolTipValue (with 1.0.0 I wasn't able to get it work and show $)
